We want to be the ones who are “Here 4 You” when you can’t be, with a secure feeling that we will provide you with the highest level of services while never wavering from your expectations of the upmost honesty and integrity in our services.
Bret Carter
Owner/President
I grew up on Lake Champlain in the Adirondacks located in Upstate New York. Growing up in a large family instilled the drive and determination to succeed in today’s business environment. I come from a long line of family that proudly served in the military; my parents were both Marines & my grandparents were both Navy. There was never a doubt that I would also serve my country. I joined the Navy after college and served in Desert Shield. My last military post was in Maine where I met my wife, Sally. We have lived throughout Maine, Massachusetts, and Upstate New York. But like most of us in SW Florida we needed a break from the extreme cold and snow and in 2011 we picked a spot on the map, Bonita Springs Florida, and decided to start our next chapter here. Throughout my career I have managed group homes, Hotels, Direct marketing companies and Retail management. I was on the board of a local youth football/cheer program for the last 3 years. In my spare time I love spending time with my wife and our two daughters and playing the occasional round of golf with friends. With the support of my family and the encouragement from friends came Here 4 You Home Watch, LLC.
Sally Carter
Owner/Administrator
I grew up in Maine just north of Portland. I attended Thomas College in Waterville, Maine and met Bret during my senior year. I have spent my professional life in customer service, sales, and Marketing. My last several years in Florida have been in the building industry both residential and commercial. I am very active in the community and my daughter’s activities. For the past 7 years I have been on the board of directors for a local youth sports organization and was the assistant director and the director of the cheer division. We are extremely family oriented and love that our girls continue to enjoy family time with us and our dog, Baylee.
National Home Watch Association Accreditation
We have been background checked and vetted by the NHWA. I have completed the boot camp course through the NHWA. We are insured and bonded. Currently the state of Florida does not have a license for the Home Watch industry. This is why we sought out the NHWA to give us the very best training and tools available in the industry.
